Please note that all sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or return. Given the situation regarding COVID-19, please be patient as we safely pack and ship out orders as we are experiencing delays to workforce limitations in order to prevent the spread of the virus.

Our Refund Policy lasts 30 days from the time of purchase.

Eligible refunds must meet the following qualifications:
- New and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging (with tags and labels attached if applicable)
- A regular priced item (at the time of purchase the item cannot be marked down, discounted, or on sale)

Refunds are also applicable to orders that do not arrive within 180 days from the shipment date.

For orders that contain items that are defective or damaged upon delivery, please email our support team at markroyalofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Dependent on the circumstance, we can re-send a new item or give a partial or full refund.

Exchanges are only applicable to items that arrive damaged or defective. Improper sizing or color will not be accepted.

Customers with orders that meet the above mentioned qualifications can email us at markroyalofficial@gmail.com to initiate the return and confirm that it is indeed eligible. We will then email additional instructions for proceeding with the return.
