When filling out your shipping information, please be sure to write it in English, so our shipping service can fulfill your order and ship it to the proper destination without any complications.

Please allow 3-7 days for processing most orders. Once orders are processed, a tracking number will be provided to via email.

Due to the high demand for products on our site, we ask that you please be patient while we fulfill each order. Shipping times generally vary from 12-20+ days for customers in the United States under normal shipping conditions. Due to the Novel COVID-19 coronavirus, expect some delays in shipment as we greatly appreciate your patience as we pack and ship orders. Shipping times for orders placed since the start of the coronavirus will take around 25+ days for delivery to ensure the safety of our workers and customers. If we state that a product is on backorder or have a storewide banner on our site, please take notice of this in the case you need your product in a timely manner, as we cannot give a guaranteed delivery date. For other countries, shipping times can range between 2-6+ weeks depending on the destination and the quickest shipping routes.

In the event that you never receive your order (after 180 days) or is damaged upon arrival, we will issue an immediate refund! No questions asked :)
